	1/48 #505 O-lin North American F-86 Jet Fighter VG Injection Molded old			$80
	Very rare kit for the advanced collector. This is a very hard-to-fine original O-line kit in the small box and advertisement for O-line cement on the top. Produced in 1949 or just before. The box has excellent color and gloss but some wear and creases. The kit is molded in the correct off white with a red nose piece. It has never been started. NOTE: the kit is missing the stand base. Otherwise inventoried with all other parts, decals, decal instructions and other factory paperwork present. The instructions are on the back of the box and are in VG condition. One drop tank fin has broken cleanly away but is present. O-Lin (Olin) was founded by Paul Lindberg and a Mr. Olsen - hence the company name. Although a producer of flying models in the 1930s, O-line produced some of the earliest American injection molded kits in the late 1940s. In 1950 the partnership may have ended, because all branding was changed to Lindberg and Paul Lindberg. To learn more about the first American Plastic Kits, please see the article on this website.

	1/87 #798 Mantua Mantua 8 Wheel Caboose Lighting Kit - HO Scale Good++ Multi_Media old			$10
	Unusual accessory. Kit includes a clear blue-tint diffuser and a small parts packet with a light socket, light bulb, 2 washer head screws and link. This box includes one complete kit (diffuser and parts package) and one half of a kit (complete parts package but no diffuser). Never used and includes instructions.

	Large scale unique glider kit in 1/48 scale. Main parts are finely cast resin with recessed details. Includes photoetched details as well. Well detailed with cockpits. The kit has never been started. Internal factory sealed bags including decals and instructions.

	1/48 #107 Planet Models SNC-1 Falcon US Trainer - NAS New Orleans or NAS Dayton Beach During WWII Exc Resin old			$68
	Very high quality limited production resin kit. Finely molded with all recessed panel lines, full cockpit and engine detail and decals for two aircraft. The kit has never been started. Internal factory sealed bags including decals and instructions.

	1/48 #377-198 Aurora IM-99 Bomarc Missile with Launcher Good++ Injection Molded old			$550
	1958 first and only release. Nice kit of the Bomarc in 1/48 scale with a full mobile launching trailer. Trailer has rotating wheels, two bar, tool boxes and an elevating missile rail that be displayed in 'travel' or 'launch' positions. The box has four solid corners, very good color and gloss but wear as shown. The kit has never been started. The missile parts are still factory bag sealed. All parts that were not factory bag sealed have been inventoried 100% complete with all parts, both decal sheets and instructions.

	1/48 #701 Hawk Republic F-84 Thunderjet One-Piece Box Issue VG+ Injection Molded old			$85
	Rare early first issue Hawk kit in the flip-top box from 1949. (Please see the article about early USA plastic kit development on this site.) The kit is molded in the correct light gloss gray with the early style stand and correct instructions. Please note that Hawk did not issue decals with this early first issue. The instructions make it clear how to paint the markings, which are raised on the moldings. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts and instructions. Hawk was a manufacture of 1/48 constant scale solid wooden models back in the 1920s (well before plastic), but they jumped on the plastic band wagon very early. Most of the first issue 'flip box' plastic kits were 1/48, such as this kit.

	1/87 Laconia 80 Foot Combination Baggage and Smoker Passenger Car- Wooden HO Scale Craftsman Kit VG Wood old			$48
	Laconia kits were popular for their high level of detail in the late 1940s/early 1950s. This kit is from earlier in their line but is still very nicely detailed. Features factory painted (Pullman Green) embossed and riveted aluminum car sides with all windows and doors precut, pre-painted embossed aluminum car ends and baggage doors, bellows, pre-cut and milled roof and floor, clear window material for doors and windows, metal grab irons in various sizes, metal floor supports, generator, brake cylinder, traps, steps, globe vents and roof ventilators, precut and shaped wood underside details for all tanks and boxes and full size plans with detailed instructions. Kit has not been started and is complete with all parts, instructions and fittings. These make great stand alone models or high-quality rolling stock for your line.

	1/87 #1829 Laconia Page Milk 38 Foot Wood-Sheathed Billboard Reefer/Ice Refrigerator Car - North American Despatch - Wooden HO Scale Craftsman Kit Good+ Wood old			$46

The decorated embossed sides and ends in mint condition as they are still sealed in the factory bag. Kit has not been started and is complete with all parts, instructions and fittings. 	Still factory sealed. Very highly detailed moldings from original Peerless/Max molds. Molded in olive drab with real rubber tires. Builds a rolling chassis just like the real truck. Features complete suspension, driveline and exhaust details, complete interior with optional position doors and more. Can be built or without AA machine gun.

	Early issue Heller large 1/50 scale Alpha Jet model. Good detail and 56 parts with decals for both aircraft listed. The kit has never been started. Internal factory sealed bag including decals and instructions.

	1/72 #621 Hasegawa General Dynamics YF-16 / CCV Testbed VG++ Injection Molded old			$26
	F-16 CCV testbed with additional large control surfaces on the underside. This kit has not been started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions.

	#4101 Comet Trainer Glider - 11.5 inch Wingspan Balsa Flying Model Glider Exc Wood old			$18
	1970s issue from the Comet 'Build-N-Fly' line. An excellent flyer. Never started and complete with all parts and instructions. Comet was a famous manufacture of stick and tissue flying and static models. In the 1930s Great Depression, they lead the low-priced kit revolution with the "Dime Scale" kits and famous advertisements in Model Airplane News magazine and others. Comet reached it's peak in the 1930s when they acquired the services of Carl Goldberg. Goldberg was a highly accomplished modeler with articles in Model Airplane News and famous designs that won him several National level competitions in the 1930s and beyond. (Carl Goldberg went on to found his own company and produced well designed and popular free-flight and RC aircraft). Comet survived the post World War economic slump and continued kit production until they were bought out by long-time competitor Guillow's in 1998. Kit features traditional wood/tissue construction, detailed full size plans, building instructions, hardware (if required), tissue and propeller. The model has not been started. The parts are either in factory sealed bag(s) or inventoried 100% complete with all parts and instructions.

	Still factory sealed. 1960s/1970s stick and tissue flying model. 15 1/4 inch wingspan and stick/tissue construction with rubber power.

	#3303 Comet Curtiss Robin - 22 inch Wingspan Balsa Flying Model Airplane Good+ Wood old			$32
	There are two versions of the Robin from Comet from this time period (1960s/70s) - this is the one with the larger 22 inch wingspan. Kit features traditional wood/tissue construction, detailed full size plans, building instructions, hardware, wheels and canopy material (if required), tissue, rubber and propeller. The model has not been started. Inventoried complete with all parts and instructions. Comet was a famous manufacture of stick and tissue flying and static models. 	#701 Guillows Fairchild 24 - 25 inch Wingspan RC/CL/Rubber Powered Kit Exc Wood old			$39
	Large scale well detailed kit. Can be flown rubber free flight, gas free flight, or converted to electric RC using today's small and light servos and receivers. Well detailed with scale plastic wheels, plastic propeller, vacuform nose/cowl and engine, full color decals, colored tissue, die cut balsa parts, rubber motor, plywood firewall and excellent full size plans. The model has not been started. The parts are either in factory sealed bag(s) or inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. Guillow's founder, Paul K. Guillow, was a WWI naval aviator. In 1926 he began producing wooden model airplane kits. His 'Shelf Models' were some of the earlier non-flying models in production. Guillow's grew during the model boom of the 1930s, and when the Depression hit the hardest, Guillow's responded with lower prices and became one of the low price leaders, frequently advertising in Model Airplane News and other leading publications. During the war, like most manufactures, Guillow's was forced to alternative materials such as cardboard and pine. Guillow's survived the post WWII slump by creating many inexpensive profile flying rubber powered aircraft and gliders in the 1950s (along with North Pacific) which became famous - some are still available today. The stick and tissue lines have been updated with laser cut parts and are still in production as of 2009.

	Kit contains both aircraft. Parts are printed on high quality balsa wood. Includes strip wood, colored tissue, decals, wheels, propellers, fittings, rubber, lightweight plastic parts, step by step instructions and full size plans. The model has not been started. The parts are either in factory sealed bag(s) or inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions.

	1/72 #JS057-100 Hasegawa Curtiss SOC-3 Seagull Land Based Version with Landing Gear Bagged Bagged Injection Molded old			$24
	Factory bagged parts, decals instructions and box top - no complete box. Rare version with landing gear instead of floats. All parts still sealed in factory bags. Complete with decals and instructions. Decals include markings for two aircraft including USS Mississippi.
