Rare first issue from 1958 in the 'S' hardbox. Not the common reproduction. The box is in 'Excellent' condition with like-new color and gloss, four solid corners (no repairs), no tags or tag marks (other than the original factory sealing tape), no tape or tape marks, no tears, fading and no missing litho. It does have light, general wear. Very highly detailed with working launcher, opening doors, sliding ladders, rotating wheels, rubber tires, moving fins and a launch crew of three. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Please note that two small parts are a darker shade of olive drab plastic.

Very rare and especially in this condition. The airplane has never been removed from the box and is still held in with the factory ties. All parts are still in the factory sealed bags and in the left 'Additional Parts' panel. The outside box is in 'very good++ condition with only light wear and small creases. This is a rare, early electric U-Control model from 1995. Cox was often innovative in it's flying models and this one was no exception. Features large-scale Bearcat that is fully factory assembled, 'Touch And Go' D handle that includes an on-off power switch for the aircraft, all U-control hardware and gear, quiet electric motor, 9.6V battery pack and battery charger. Again, this has never been removed from the box and all the parts are still factory sealed. Includes instructions and decals in mint condition.

Guillow, was a WWI naval aviator. In 1926 he began producing wooden model airplane kits. His 'Shelf Models' were some of the earlier non-flying models in production. Guillow's grew during the model boom of the 1930s, and when the Depression hit the hardest, Guillow's responded with lower prices and became one of the low price leaders, frequently advertising in Model Airplane News and other leading publications. During the war, like most manufacturers, Guillow's was forced to alternative materials such as cardboard and pine. Guillow's survived the post WWII slump by creating many inexpensive profile flying rubber powered aircraft and gliders in the 1950s (along with North Pacific) which became famous - some are still available today. The stick and tissue lines have been updated with laser cut parts and are still in production as of 2009.

Oeffag modified the German DIII design with a stronger airframe and engine, making a superior fighter to the German machine. When the Germans tried to upgrade to the DV, the Austro-Hungarian air arm did not need to. The plane performed very well against a numerically superior enemy and was the favorite mount of many of Austria's Aces. The model includes markings for Austria's leading ace with 35 victories, Godwin Brumowski. The large decal sheet also includes marking for his other Albatros and two other Austrian aces as well. Kit #1 is still in the factory sealed bag. Kit #2 is never started and has been inventoried complete. Includes one set of decals and one instruction sheet.
