	1/493 #H401-398 Revell SS Oriana Motorized - P&O Orient Ocean Liner - Master Modelers Kit Good+++ Injection Molded old			$175
	Very rare motorized kit from 1961. First and only issue. The hardbox includes the Master Modelers logo. The kit is very nicely detailed and 20 inches long when assembled. It includes the electric motor and all hardware, brass contacts and gears required for motorization. Inside, the kit is as new. All parts, motorizing kit, and paperwork are still sealed in the factory bag. This kit was one in an entire series of motorized kits that Revell issued in 1960, 61 and 62. Mold modification were made to these kits for the series- USS Arizona, USS Coral Sea, Scissors Bridge, Sherman Tank, Sport Fisherman, PT-212, Austin Healey , Corvette, Long Beach Tugboat, Robert E Lee, Allison Turbo-Prop Engine and Ford Ranchero. This is not a complete list. The reason for the discontinuation of the kits is not known. Contributing factors may have included the high selling price or returns issues.

	#718 Lindberg Monitor and Merrimac Good- Injection Molded old			$45
	1986 issue These kits (from the box art) appear to be the much more accurate Pyro molds and not the original Lindberg kits. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including decals and instructions. These two American Civil War ships spelled the end of the wooden ship age. In March of 1862, the Merrimac put to sea to raise the Union Blockade off the St. James. There she sank the Cumberland and Congress. The Monitor, the Union's only ironclad and the first turret ship, was rushed to the scene. The epic battle between the two iron-clad ships ended in a draw, with the Merrimac suffering a little more damage than the Monitor. The Merrimac was blown up to avoid capture; the Monitor sank in a gale in 1862.

	1963 Revell Great Britain 'small box' issue with framable box artwork. Never started. 100% inventoried complete with all parts/decals and instructions present.

	Limited production kit consisting of 30 highly detailed parts molded in .040 inch styrene. All panel lines are recessed. When assembled the kit measures about 18 inches long when assembled. Includes full instructions. Never started. Complete with all parts on uncut sheets.

	1/100 #9001 MPC Pilgrim Observer Nuclear Powered Space Ship Sealed Exc+++ Injection Molded old			$155
	Still factory sealed. This offering from MPC is one of the most interesting and a classic among Science Fiction kits. The model dates from 1975. Large 1/100 scale kit is 17 inch long, has excellent detail and a large clear section to show interior detail. Fourteen movable parts allow you to display or change the ship's configuration from "Launch" to "Earth's Atmosphere Entry" to "Space Cruise". Also contains complete 'technical' flight data, a report on the NERVA Nuclear Engine and an iron-on shirt transfer. There was a time when space research was not aimed at the earth's orbit and moon, but at distant planets in our solar system and eventually beyond. Planning went much further than most people are aware. The main limitation was seen as the chemical rocket motor. It could only be fired once and the specific impulse was limited. To overcome these limitations, the United States embarked on a large program to build the nuclear rocket engine. Unlike the nuclear aircraft engine, this program overcame the technical obstacles placed before it was VERY successful. The effort resulted in numerous test engines up through the Phoebes 5000 MW monster, which is still the world's most powerful reactor. The nuclear engines could run at full power for an hour, then be shut down and restarted up to a dozen times or more. Also, the flow of fuel (liquid hydrogen) could be regulated through turbo-pumps to 'throttle' the engine just as one does a car engine. Crew radiation shielding from the engine was less than requirements for cosmic ray shielding. At one point, a KIWI series reactor (KIWI-TNT) was blown up on purpose to test the environmental impact; it was minimal and clean up went quickly. The final result was to be a space rated engine called NERVA, or Nuclear Engine for Rocket Vehicle Application. Before the project was terminated, many vehicles were designed for deep space exploration based on these amazing engines.

Kit contains high quality printed balsa, strip wood, plastic propellers (when required), rubber, full sized plans and other accessories. The model has not been started. The parts are either in factory sealed bag(s) or inventoried 100% complete with all parts and instructions.

	1/72 AV USK T-6 Netherlands (Dutch) Conversion Kit VG Multi_Media old			$12
	Conversion kit makes a T-6 into a Dutch T-6. Includes two vac canopies and two blister windows and one resin exhaust pipe. Base kit is required. Complete and never started.

	#T-155 Cleveland P-61 Black Widow Industrial Training Kit Balsa Flying Model Airplane Kit Exc Wood old			$185
	3 foot wingspan model from 1943. The 'Industrial Training' models were Cleveland's response to a wartime need for simplified models that did not sacrifice realism. All of the 'Industrial Training' models had a constant 3 foot wingspan and were essential simplified SF kits. The line was a big sales success during the war and was expanded from the original 6 kits to 11 total. The model has not been started. The parts are either in factory sealed bag(s) or inventoried 100% complete with all parts and instructions. The Cleveland Model and Supply Company played a pivotal role in the development of true scale models. In 1909 Bleriot�s English Channel flight caused a surge in aviation and model aircraft around the globe. Several companies were ideally positioned to take advantage of the aviation craze. In the USA, Wading River Manufacturing Co. (1909), White Aeroplane (1911), Ideal Model Aeroplane (1911), Broadfield Model Aeroplanes (1919) were among these pioneers, offering everything from plans and parts to complete kits and ARF models. Lindbergh�s 1927 crossing of the Atlantic Ocean caused an even bigger world-wide phenomenon called �The Aviation Craze� that extended up to the start of World War II. Many companies such as Megow, Guillow's and others started right around the time of Lindbergh�s flight. Some of these models flew and flew well, but they all had one thing in common - were generally not accurate scale representations. In 1929, a youngster named Ed Packard had a very advanced dream � to produce incredibly accurate, true scale models that flew perfectly. This radical idea established the world�s longest operating single-owner model airplane supply business � Cleveland Model and Supply Company. To this day, Cleveland models are treasured as the most accurate flying scale models produced. The fact that Mr. Packard started and successfully grew this business during The Great Depression is a testament to his ideals and business skill. I highly suggest the excellent book called �Aviation�s great Recruiter � Cleveland�s Ed Packard� by H.L. (Herm) Schreiner. It is an excellent history of the man, his company and the times of the Golden Age of Model Aviation.

	1/48 #301-98 Aurora M-46 'General Patton' Tank Exc Injection Molded old			$85
	Second issue of this classic kit. Although dated 1956, this kit is from 1957 and carries the then-new oval sunburst with 'Famous Fighters' in the boarder. In keeping with a quick and inexpensive change over, the box utilizes the 1956 artwork, but yellows out the 'Northern Lights' rectangle and adds the new oval. Beautiful box with brilliant colors. The box would grade higher than excellent, but there is a tape tear on one long side from removal of the factory tape. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions.

	1/67 #H250-89 Revell Chance Vought F8U-1 Crusader 'S' Kit Exc Injection Molded old			$110
	The first issue of this classic kit, from 1956 in the 'S' box. Molded in the correct light gloss gray and clear with the famous 'Swivel Base Display Stand'. The kit features optional position folded wings, pilot, rotating wheels and two piece canopy. Never started. 100% inventoried complete with all parts/decals and instructions present. NOTE: this box would grade NM or Mint, but it has a short litho tear on one short side.

	#658 A A Hales Ltd Cutty Sark 'Marinecraft' Kit by A. A. Hales Ltd - 17 Inch Wooden Ship Kit VG Multi_Media old			$89
	Very nicely early kit from Hales who also had the Yeoman line of flying aircraft kits. This model features a shaped wooden hull, early injection molded life boats, dead-eyes, figurehead and ships wheel, a full set of flags and sails, injection mast platforms, metal chain, numerous brass rigging parts, precut wood, wood stock for masts, yards, metal stock, three types of rigging material, colorful insignia sheet with front scrollwork, rear scrollwork and name, name plate and cabin sides with windows and doors, detailed instruction sheet, large, foldout photographic sheet showing construction at many phases (and keyed to the instructions) and full size plans with rigging details. The kit has never been started. The small parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and the parts that were never sealed have been inventoried complete including flags, instructions, photo sheet and plans.

	The third release of Monogram's first car kit; the original release is numbered P1 and there is another PC-1 issue before this one. Fantastic condition hardbox. Parts are glossy red plastic. Never started and inventoried 100% complete with all parts and mint instructions and decals.

	1/8 #826-100 Aurora Sir Galahad of Camelot Sealed NM Injection Molded old			$165
	Still factory sealed and in near-mint, investment-grade condition. Dated 1967. The seal is intact on the top, bottom and all four sides. The only flaw is a slight crease on the middle of the left side; it can be seen when the box is held just right.
