Hardbox issue with a copyright date of 1965. This kit was purchased new on December 28, 1966 at Grants in Cleveland, Ohio. The 'Pacific Raiders' issue uses the same molds as the 1954 'S' kit. All three 'Raiders' sported new box artwork and featured in Pacific colors and markings. Also includes turret blocking plate to model Doolittle's Tokyo Raiders. Molded in gloss olive drab and clear. The kit has never been assembled but NOTE: the ADF antenna is painted black. There is no other painting. Inventoried complete with all parts, decals and instructions present NOTE: displays better than the 'good' grade but is graded as such due to a 2" x 1" litho tear on the long top side.

NOTE: good builder, please read carefully. Original hardbox issue dated 1961. Features detailed engine and compartment, opening hood, molded underside detail with separate torsion bar suspension, lowered or stock height body, complete interior, top boot and numerous 'Hi-Style' accessories to make a custom of your choice. Molded in tan, clear, chrome plate and with real rubber tires. NOTE: this kit has very minor sub-assembly. The engine block halves and two axle blocks have been assembled, both to 'professional' quality. There is no other assembly and zero painting. It has been inventoried with all parts present and includes instructions. NOTE: missing whitewall tire stickers and Master Modeler's stamp. NOTE: the instructions are photocopies from the later 'Metalflake' issue. They work fine for assembly, but show some parts that were created just for that issue.

Very rare original issue. The box is in very collectible condition with very good color and gloss, four solid corners, no repairs of any kind, no ripped, torn or missing litho and no fading. The only tape on the box is the factory sealing tape. Molded in ivory, chrome plate, clear and with the correctly early rubber wide-whitewall tires, correctly early 'fat' metal axles and four metal body screws. The kit has never been started. The stock version is 100% complete. NOTE: the custom version is missing (2) custom mirrors, (2) custom fins and (2) custom skirts. Otherwise inventoried complete with all other parts, decals and instructions present. Decals and instructions are in rare 'excellent' condition.

Dated 1945. Almost everyone has heard of the Comet flying aircraft kits that boys and men built from stick and tissue, but few know that Comet had a line of ships also. Very nicely done wooden kit that measures 12 inches long when assembled. The hull had been very neatly factory machine cut to the overhead (beam) dimensions only. Also includes two sheets of printwood, mast and gun barrel material, sandpaper, decals for the hull and flight deck and full size plans. The plans are superior to most ship plans of the day with 5 hull sections, full size top and side drawings, illustrated instructions and many detail drawings. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.

Ex-Soviet Union kit that is very well molded for that time with very fine detail and hull drain holes. Full hull model measures 7.5 inches long when assembled and includes display stand. At times the factory workers had to get pretty creative because of a shortage of staples. Beyond staples, I have seen the bag of parts attached with a clothing snap, a rivet or even sewn on with thread!

Features all die-cut wood parts; most of mahogany, round edge planking strips, die-cut mahogany veneer sheets to put over the planking, a full set of metal fittings, die-cut clear windshield material, an extensive set of decals, text building instructions, full size plans that even include a detailed interior layout for R/C and static scale display and more. Kit has a rolling chassis build up just like the actual car. Features detailed engine with choice of fuel injection or dual 4 carbs and added engine plumbing/wiring, operating headlight and tail lights, a large road-surfaced display base, metal suspension springs and operating suspension, factory chrome wheels or custom wheels, complete exhaust and underside, opening hood and full engine compartment, detailed interior with real carpet, opening doors, optional side exhausts, optional soft top or hard top, decals and more. Molded in red, chrome plate, clear, black, red-tinted clear and with real rubber tires. The kit has never been started. The parts that were factory sealed are still in the sealed bags. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The Sunderland's 21-year record with the RAF has made it a legend. Derived from the Empire Class Flying Boat Airliners, Sunderland IIIs had a top speed of 210 mph and an endurance of 12 hours. These qualities made the Sunderland a superb platform for North Sea and North Atlantic patrols, ASW and SAR. Crews usually loved the airplane; its large size afforded many airborne comforts that bomber or fighter crews could only dream of, such as bunk, a head and an area for food preparation.
