Includes Profile Publication for this aircraft in 'good+' condition. Features many aircraft and markings in full color as well as numerous actual photos and excellent text. The actual kit is very nicely molded model with all very fine recessed panel lines. Features well detailed interior, engine, crew, choice of four load-out options and decals for four aircraft and painting guide. Markings are included for Fuchida's Pearl Harbor aircraft from Zuikaku (bomb load), Shokaku (many smaller bombs), Zuiho (Torpedo load) or a radar equipped aircraft from the 931 Air Squadron. The kit is intended to be motorized with the Mabuchi Baby motor and has full instructions for such, but the motor itself was not furnished by Nichimo. The kit has never been started. 24 inch wingspan kit for RC, free flight or control line. The parts that were not factory sealed have been inventoried complete including decals and instructions. Sterling was a famous manufacturer dating back to the 1930/40s flying model craze. Although they continued to produce kits for decades after the flying model slump following World War II, they eventually fell victim to the general lack of interest in modeling that occurred in the early 1980s. I always considered Sterling kits to be deluxe kits as they were very complete.

1950s issue in great condition. This is the Comet of England issue which has great unique box art. Nicely molded small scale kit with all recessed panel lines, rear gun turret, clear cockpit canopy and aux gas tanks on the outboard wings. Molded in silver and clear with the traditional Comet 'Teardrop' stand. The kit has not been started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. It is interesting to note that this kit was not reissued by Aurora. Although Aurora purchased the Comet molds, they had already cut their own molds for a larger-scale B-52 that had more detail. The Aurora kit is significantly larger (1/270 scale) that the Comet issue and varies in many details.

Very rare kit from the the early 1960s with fantastic high-gloss box art. Even rarer in this condition- the box is in investment-grade 'Mint' condition. Color and gloss are factory new. All four corners are solid, and there are no repairs, no price tags, no fading, no rips or litho damage. The only tape is the factory sealing tape. This is a very well molded kit for that time with very fine rivet detail, very good outline, full landing gear, the correct clear display stand and very complete and colorful Air France decals. Molded in silver, black and clear. Inside, the kit is a nice as the box. Never started. The small parts are still in the factory sealed wax paper bag; the large parts that were never sealed have been inventoried complete. Decals are flat, undamaged and still have the wax paper covering. Typical age yellowing is the only flaw. The instructions are in mint condition. It would be difficult to find a better example of this model.
