Includes pre-formed billowing vac sails and pre-formed plastic ratlines, complete deck fittings with cannons, five crew members, colorful decals, color flag sheet, tan running and black standing rigging material, very detailed step-by-step simple and detailed rigging instructions and more. The model has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. NOTE: one very small part is gray instead of tan. Chrysler Slant Six Cutaway Motorized 1/4 Scale Engine (Slant 6) Fair++ Injection Molded old | ||
| From 1961. First issue of this very rare kit. Large 1/4 scale. Features break-away block sections 'so you can see what it does and why' - each engine part really moves like the real engine - spark plugs 'fire' (flashing lights) - motorized full engine action - can be torn down and rebuilt just like a real engine. Metal screwdriver, nuts, bolts, valve springs and electric motor are included, as well as full instructions. Inside, the cardboard divider is present and the decals, Master Modeler Application, MM trading stamp and booklet 'The Story of the Internal Combustion Engine' are included. Correctly molded in four colors - black, red, silver and gray. The kit has never been started. The gray parts are still sealed in their original factory bag. All small metal parts (contacts, springs), screwdriver, motor and light bulbs are factory sealed as well. The black and silver parts bag was opened and it has been inventoried 100% complete. The red parts bag had cuts in it, so it was also inventoried 100% complete. Although complete, this kit has the several of the typical broken piston rings. The oil pan has a closed crack. The box top has good color, four solid corners and no repairs but has heavy creases and heavy corner/edge wear as shown. There are no tape, price tags or tape/tag marks. | |||

| This kit is still factory sealed inside. When you lift the lid, the lower box is still completely sealed with Pocher factory tape. Pocher made the finest automobile models ever created. The detail and working parts on these long out-of-production kits is amazing. This kit has over 2100 parts of plastic, brass, steel, leather, iron, rubber, copper and many more. Working features include brake pedal operates brakes on all four wheels - emergency brake lever operates rear brakes on an independent system - operating steering - working suspension - lights that operate from the dashboard - doors that open and close with operating door latches and handles - windows that raise and lower with the working cranks - the starting handle operates the crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons, V-belts, fan, dynamo, etc in the engine - roll back top - and much more. Recommended for experienced models only. NOTE: This is the version with most realistic but complex wheel construction. | Very rare and large 1/8 scale museum quality kit. The three 1/8 aircraft in this series are widely considered to be the finest model aircraft ever produced, and the SE-5 is the hardest to find. This kit duplicates the classic SE-5 using many of the original material in a near perfect representation of the complete structure of the aircraft. There are 999 total parts made from die-cut plywood, Japanese cypress, cast soft metal, brass, aluminum, rubber, injection molded plastic and many other materials. The wingspan is 1012mm (39.8 inches) when assembled. The engineering of the kit is world-class right down to the assembly plans. This kit has not been started. All of the factory parts bags have been inventoried and are still factory sealed except two. Two small bags are split open due to age, but the four parts from these bags are present and not damaged.
