1989 issue from the original late 1950s molds. This large-scale model was considered very well detailed at that time and features a tank, detailed deck fittings, electric motor that drives props on all three shafts, all motorizing hardware, opening or closing bow landing ramp, AA guns, railing stanchions, crew members and a display stand. The kit has never been started. The small parts are still in the factory sealed bag; the remaining parts have been inventoried complete with all parts and including decals, flag sheet and instructions. The listed scale is approximate but close. LSU's varies in length depending on several factors; this kit could be about 1/90 or up to 1/110 scale.

Well detailed featuring big 18 inch rotor span, full Lycoming T53 engine and removable cowl, full dual cockpits, two pilot figures, moving gun turret and underwing stores. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete including decals and instructions. The box displays slightly better than 'very good++' but is rated as such because there is one piece of masking tape on each side (where the box was formerly taped shut).
