Large scale well detailed kit. Can be flown rubber free flight, gas free flight, or converted to electric RC using today's small and light servos and receivers. Well detailed with scale plastic wheels, plastic propeller, vacuform nose/cowl and engine, full color decals, colored tissue, die cut balsa parts, rubber motor, plywood firewall and excellent full size plans. The model has not been started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions present. Guillow's founder, Paul K. Guillow, was a WWI naval aviator. In 1926 he began producing wooden model airplane kits. His 'Shelf Models' were some of the earlier non-flying models in production. Guillow's grew during the model boom of the 1930s, and when the Depression hit the hardest, Guillow's responded with lower prices and became one of the low price leaders, frequently advertising in Model Airplane News and other leading publications. During the war, like most manufacturers, Guillow's was forced to alternative materials such as cardboard and pine. Guillow's survived the post WWII slump by creating many inexpensive profile flying rubber powered aircraft and gliders in the 1950s (along with North Pacific) which became famous - some are still available today. The stick and tissue lines have been updated with laser cut parts and are still in production as of 2009.

This model features Monogram's excellent F8F and P-51B kits molded in Racing Blue and Bright Red, special racing decals, and a large scale heavy cardstock red/white checkerboard 3-D pylon with special stand arms for a 'in flight' display of both aircraft rounding the turn. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. The heavy cardboard checkered pylon is in 'near mint' condition and the decals are in 'excellent++' condition.

1960s Ray Gaedke artwork softbox issue. This is the only kit of the B-70 with retractable landing gear. Includes moving rudders and ailerons, optional position wing tip panels and the traditional clear Lindberg display stand. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts decals and instructions. Please note that this kit has the twin vertical stabilizers like the real aircraft. Lindberg also sold a 'civil' XB-70 with the single tail configuration and TWA markings.

Includes all three models. The first handcar is DP-57 and the second one is DP-12. Both are very highly detailed cast metal models. They have not been started and are both 100% complete. For some reason, Durango Press did not issue instructions with DP-12, probably because is only a few parts. The Handcar Shed features factory cut hardwood parts, corrugated metal siding, and many cast metal details. Never started. The small parts are still factory sealed and anything not sealed has been inventoried complete, including instructions.

Third issue is dated 1967 and carries the Mattel logo. Possibly the finest injection molded model of the first aircraft to sustain powered, controlled flight. Features very good detail, full rigging instructions, figures of Orville and Wilbur Wright, monorail launching track with carrier dolly and historical accessories that were all present at the first flight: "C" clamp, bench, can, spade and starting battery. Molded in white, tan and with a clear stand. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes instructions. This kit even has the original rigging thread.

Kit #2 bulkhead and front panel to floor. There is no other assembly. The actual aircraft have been inventoried complete and included decals and instructions but NOTE that the display stands are missing. 1970s T4 logo issue. Nicely molded and well detailed for that time with full cockpit, moving ailerons, optional bomb load and crew. Has decals from one of the most memorable Battle actions at the Maastricth bridges in May 1940 when five Battles of No. 12 Squadron, all flown by volunteers, were all shot down. Also includes decals for Belgian Air Force.
