First issue dated 1968 of this legendary kit that features realistic 'Jet Sound.' Well detailed with 207 parts. Features crew of three and cockpit, elevating and traversing rear turret, opening and closing bomb bay doors, operating wing flaps, operating spoilers, optional position entry hatch and landing gear, and optional parts to display one nacelle open to show the jet engine. When you open the box, the white printed cardboard display presentation is still present, in 'new' condition and still contains a mint tube of 'Monoglue' plastic cement. The instructions, B-52 Book and decals are present and in 'excellent' condition as well, but the decals have curled ends. The kit has never been started. The motor and hardware are still in the factory sealed bag. The plastic parts, which were never factory sealed, have been inventoried complete with all parts, decals and instructions. The box displays much better than the 'good++' grade but I have graded it as such because there is a closed tear on one side panel and some clear tape formerly used to hold the box shut. You can safely remove the clear tape by soaking it in lighter fluid; this will render the tape adhesive useless, and then the tape will come off easily.

1974 issue of the Cutty Sark's famous competitor. Beautiful John Steel boxart. Molded in green, black, brown and white plastic. Highly detailed large kit that measures 36 inches long when assembled. Has complete running and standing rigging instructions and can be built with or without sails. Never started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags. Includes rat lines, assembly instructions, rigging instructions, billowing sails, decals, flag sheet and standing and running rigging material. Please note that the vacuform sails are in 'Excellent' condition, which is rare for this kit. There is only very minor wear and damage to them.

Hasegawa F-15E Strike Eagle is complete with all parts, instructions and decals but has "professional" quality assembly to the two wing halves only and very neat airbrush painting of many parts to the correct green color on the box top. The Hasegawa F104 is complete with all parts, decals and instructions but has 'professional' to 'excellent++' quality assembly as follows: seat to floor, air intake splitters to fuselage, speed brakes (closed position) and gear doors to the closed position. The Academy #2138 Apache has minor interior assembly to 'professional' quality. The parts are loose and it is NOT inventoried complete but is sold "as is." Over 90% of the kits from this collection are complete, so your odds, while not perfect, are excellent.

Rare, and even rarer in this condition. Original dealer promotional model in 'very good' condition. The body is very straight - not perfect, but close. The original friction drive is missing. The plastic color is original and has good gloss but also has general wear and some age foxing as shown. The clear is 'excellent' but can use cleaning. The tires are almost like new - if it was played with, it was not for long. No parts are missing and it is original except that some of the fine trim (door handles, trim, etc) has been correctly and very neatly adult painted. The quality is good enough to pass for factory paint. NOTE: The model is unmarked, so the true manufacture is not known. However, almost all of these (if not all) were made by Banthrico.
