After the success of the joining of two He-111 to make the He-111Z as a glider tug for Me-321 gliders, the Messerschmitt design staff thought to join two Bf-109 airframes in a similar configuration. The idea was produce a long range heavy fighter using existing components that would not interfere with production. Four models were planed, but Allied bombing raids destroyed the prototype before it could be test flown. In 1944 the idea was put on hold due to the promise of the new jets such as the Me-262. Quality high-definition cast resin kit. Includes painting guide. Never started. Factory sealed bag or inventoried 100% complete with all parts and instructions. Kit did not come with decals.
