1/72 3107 Maquette Polikarpov I-185 Good++ Injection Molded old The I-185 developed from the I-180, which was a direct descendant of the famous I-16 and I-15 fighters that saw extensive service around the world. The I-185 has superior performance in every aspect to current Soviet designs and the future looked very promising. However, Soviet leaders decided not to built it as the standard fighter as the tooling up times would cause delays in getting aircraft to the front. Very nicely molded kit. Never started.
