Excellent hardwood craftsman kit with some balsa used for internal structures. Features prescribed and die cut sides, precarved roof edges and soffits, die cut doors, plastic window frame and mullions, clear window material for doors, windows and 'skylight' above freight door, hardwood roof with very realistic cardstock brown shingle overlay, interior office detail (desk, filing cabinets, counter, interior doorway to freight area), detailed loading platform and excellent instructions and drawings. The kit has never been started. The parts that were in factory sealed bags are still sealed; the parts that were never factory sealed have been inventoried complete with all parts and includes instructions.
