Pre 'S' first issue from 1954. Full hull model has very good detail for that time. Inside, it has never been started and is exactly as it left the factory. All small parts are still sealed in the factory bag. The large parts were never sealed have been inventoried complete including decals, flags and instructions. Has decals and hull numbers for these cruisers: USS Los Angeles - Fall River - Baltimore - Pittsburg - Columbus - Bremerton - Canberra - Toledo - Quincy - Chicago - St. Paul - Helen - Macon - Boston.
