This model still has the rare Capital Airlines Viscount promotional paper but the condition is only 'fair'. Includes passenger boarding ramp. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried 100% complete including decals and instructions. NOTE: Box is poor due to water damage. Decals are stuck hard and completely to the instructions.
