Maircraft Buzzard Bombshell - 69 inch Wingspan Class C Gas Free Flight Airplane Exc Wood old The fantastic Buzzard Bombshell was a record setting aircraft in the very late 1930s/early 1940s. The plane won the AMA National Class C Open in 1940 with a flight of 49 min and 50 seconds. Kit contains many prefabricated parts to speed assembly as well as a clear canopy, formed gear struts, full scale plans and more. This kit is from the early 1940s or perhaps as late as 1947/48 when Maircraft went out of business. This model came from the estate of a very active and particular early aircraft kit collector.
