1/72 347 Airmodel Blohm & Voss Bv-142 V2/U-1 Vaccuform old The Bv-142 was developed as the land plane version of the graceful Ha-139 seaplane. With the prospect of war, the Luftwaffe evaluated the Bv-142 as a troop carrier or transport. The fuselage cross section was not suited for that work, but there was an interest in using the craft in maritime reconnaissance. In spite of promising trials, the FW-200 Condor was seen as superior and no further 142s were built. Never started. Factory sealed bag or inventoried 100% complete with all parts and instructions.
