Bagged kit - there is no box. The box is shown for reference only. 1974 issue with decals and parts for three '109 'E' variants. One of the decals is for Franz Von Werra's aircraft. Franz was taken POW by the British and sent to an overseas POW camp - where he became the only German to escape from a Canadian prison. He returned and continued to fly combat with the Luftwaffe where he became an ace with over 20 kills before he vanished. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions.

This was an excellent kit for that time featuring detailed Snark with launch boosters and drop tanks as well as extensive decals, base and working launcher with fueling tank, instrumentation, access stairs and platform, base control unit and crew of two.

This collector was very meticulous and of his kits that I did inventory, 95% are complete. But on these kits he cut the sprue (trees) with the part numbers still attached to each number, so the parts are loose. Because of that, I have not inventoried these kits. NOTE: he built minor sub assemblies (cockpit tubs, wing halves, etc) to 'professional' quality. He also almost always removed the displays stands (if provided). Again, these kits are sold not inventoried and AS IS hence the very low price.
