Originally designed as a VTO (Vertical Take-Off) testbed, the prototype was to use an inclined ramp. The Delta 1 was to investigate characteristics and control of the delta wing at transonic speeds, but the program was halted by unfavorable flight characteristics. Very high quality vac kit with better mold quality than many injection molded kits. Includes metal details and decals. The kit has never been started. The parts that were factory sealed are still in the sealed bags. The parts that were not factory sealed have been inventoried complete including decals and instructions.

Rare. First issue dated 1958 and featuring some of Revell's finest box top artwork. This was a very well molded model for that time and includes 3 Hawk missiles, 4 man crew, elevating and swiveling launcher, rubber tires that rotate, control panel hatches open and has separate radar scope equipment. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and and instructions present. NOTE: the decals are flat and intact but at one point they were lightly stuck to the instructions. They are not stuck now but there is residue from the instructions on the decal sheet. The box is only 'good' and has general wear on the top and all sides.
Triumph P-80 Shooting Star With Ash Tray - Factory Display Model

Very rare and even more so in complete condition. This early P-80 solid aluminum model was produced in the late 1940s by Triumph manufacturing, whose address was given as 'Glendale 2, California.' This model was issued several ways, and this is the deluxe version that was factory polished, decaled and equipped with a polished aluminim stand and a "Daka-Ware' ashtray with slots for holding two matchbooks. Other versions included non-polished, raw castings and different stands. The aircraft is in remarkable condition. The aluminum is still bright and has a good reflection. The canopy is excellent and the decals are 'very good' but do show some typical age wear. The ash tray is in remarkable 'near mint' condition with excellent gloss, no cracks and no chips. It appears to have never been used. The only flaws are very light wear. The model and stand are 100% complete and completely original; however there is no box.

Very, very rare original issue and even rarer in this condition. A very well detailed kit for that time that features detailed engine and engine compartment, opening hood, full interior, detailed underside, numerous custom parts, whitewall tires (or flip them over for black-walls) and much more. Molded in white, clear, red-tinted clear, chrome plate and with rubber tires. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes and the 'NEW! Chrome Trim' that Jo-Han introduced about this time. It was adhesive foil, just like modern Bare Metal Foil. NOTE: there is a very small and minor tire burn on the hood and the passengers "A" pillar is broken. All parts of the pillar and vent frame are present and fit back perfectly, so it can be repaired.
