1988 issue of this classic kit from the original molds. Very nicely molded and detailed. Features detailed engine, engine compartment, underside with suspension, exhaust and drive line, full interior and opening doors and hood. Molded in black, chrome, white, clear and with rubber tires. Never started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. If you are curious, you could built a stock T-Bird from this kit however Monogram only included the Macabre Mobile steering wheel (tastefully made of welded chain links) and ghoulish 'death's head' hubcaps. You would need to get your own normal steering wheel and hubcaps.

The actual kit is well detailed including a combat crew of 5. Never started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. Although the box is stained, the decals are still 'near mint' and factory sealed. Instructions are 'very good+.'

The contents of this kit are still factory sealed - the metal, nylon and rubber parts are still sealed in the factory blister display and the box with the car is still factory tape sealed. The Russkit motor box was never factory sealed; however, the motor inside is factory bag sealed and includes detailed instructions. (NOTE: the motor says 'Russkit 34' and not '22' like the box top. I don't know if the 34 replaced the 22, or if Russkit simply packed the wrong motor.) Never started and includes all of the factory packing/display materials. With detailed instructions.

Still factory sealed. 2006 reissue of the 1968 kit using the original molds. Contains two large 18 inch long SSTs, one in landing and one in cruise configuration. With a large, excellent complete Pan Am decal sheet for both and a display stand. The Boeing SST was modeled here is the second (2707-200) variant which still had the swing-wing design which proved impractical in this aircraft. The damaging effects of sonic booms over population centers ultimately contributed to the cancellation of the project.

1972 'Big A' box issue. Large scale kit is almost 16 inches long when assembled. This is an excellent model from Aurora's efforts of the late 1960s/early 1970s. Aurora knew that the old 1950s kits were outclassed by the late 60s and cut a new series of molds including several ships, helicopters and subs. The result was high mold quality and very good detail for that time, as represented by this kit. Includes large display stand, decals, periscope and cranes, conning tower and deck guns. Never started. NOTE: missing Glen seaplane body (floats are present). Otherwise inventoried with all other parts, decals and instructions present. The I-19 is famous for firing history's most successful torpedo spread off Guadalcanal. On September 14, 1942, the I-19 was patrolling of the Solomons when she fired a 6 torpedo spread. Three hit and sank the US Carrier CV-7 WASP, and the remaining three exploded against the BB North Carolina and the destroyer O'Brien. The destroyer sank and the North Carolina had to be repaired at Pearl till November 16, 1942. The I-19's Glen seaplane also flew night reconnaissance on February 23, 1942 over Pearl Harbor for the planned second attack by Emily flying boats on that base.
