Demco stood for deBolt Model Engineering Company. H. deBolt designed most of the kits and was a National AMA Record Holder at least twice. This kit is from 1958 and is for Radio Controlled operation. This fully acrobatic stunt model features a symmetrical airfoil that was developed over 4 years, stable design for the most precise maneuvers, tail wheel steering and a braking system for full ground control, giant full size plans with complete details, full instructions, selected premium grade balsa with sharply die-cut parts, maple mounts, fully formed Dural metal landing gear and much more. This model came from the estate of an active and particular collector. It is like factory-new inside and has not been started. Complete with all parts and plans present.

The Demon was an early carrier based missile armed interceptor. The F3H-2 carried two early Sparrow and 2 Sidewinder missiles. The Demon was replaced in 1964 by the well known F-4H Phantom II. Rare first issue from the 1950s. Lindberg made the world's first plastic science fiction model, the famous UFO. The sales success quickly prompted a wonderful line of 'near science fiction' models of which this Moon Ship was one. Very nicely molded and detailed in silver and red-tinted clear plastic. Display base and scale figures are included. Never started. It has been inventoried and NOTE: missing one red-tinted clear round porthole window. Otherwise complete with all other parts and includes decals and instructions. NOTE: there is light bug damage to the instructions. Decals are intact but only 'good to fair'.
