Limited run plastic model that is well molded and includes with resin and photoetched details, paint guide and a large, extensive decal sheet. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. The Ar-95 was designed as a two seat recon/torpedo bomber and first flew in 1936. Six were sent to Spain and served in the Condor Legion. Ironically, the German Navy and Air Force did not order the aircraft. Foreign orders came in from Chile and Turkey, only the Chilean aircraft were delivered. The ones destined for Turkey were pressed into Luftwaffe service as trainers.

1956 or '57 Gaedke artwork with three aircraft and the carrier. The box is in investment-grade 'Near Mint' condition. The model is molded in a stunning, high-gloss dark blue and clear plastic and includes decals for the box art aircraft including red and white checkerboards for the rudders. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts decals and instructions. Dating early Lindberg kits is problematic to a near complete lack of release information; early catalogs normally do not have dates and there are no dates on early boxes or instructions & decals. However, by records kept when the kits were purchased new, we know this kit was issued either in 1956 or 1957. The early part number of '10' after the 5 would support such an early date, as Lindberg initially used sequential numbers. Please note that the instructions for this kit contain multiple factory mistakes! The pilot sits on a seat, not the 'board' shown in the instructions. The rear pitot tube is not even shown on the assembly page, but is present with the kit.

Still factory sealed. Hard-to-find scale model of this historical 1970 Japanese space satellite and launch vehicle. The Ohsumi is 1/20 scale and includes a display stand. The Lambda L-45-S rocket is 1/150 scale and includes a complete operating launcher which doubles as a display base. Ohsumi was the first Japanese satellite and was launched from Kagoshima Space Observatory on February 11, 1970. Japan was not allowed to develop any sort of guidance techniques due to restrictions on military development, so they had to go to 'indescribable pains' to create new rocket systems and equipment.
