In the 1970s, MPC released the very popular Profile Series. Inside each box was a quality Airfix kit but with MPC decals to build any of the three aircraft shown on the box top. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The decals are 100% intact but do have some lifting.

1963 two piece box issue. Part of a very popular 1/72 WWII aircraft series from Revell, which eventually included WWI aircraft also. Features pilot, optional position landing gear, centerline drop tank, rotating wheels and prop and a display stand. Molded in silver and clear. Never started. Inventoried complete with all parts, decals and instructions present.

1967 issue with a fantastic 'near mint' condition box with brilliant color and gloss. It would grade 'mint' but there is a 'sale' price sticker on the left short side. The is kit is modeled off the D-1 on exhibit at the USAF Museum at Wright-Patterson AFB in Ohio, USA. Includes parts and decals for D-1 or A-4 variants. Features removable cowling, two detailed engines, optional position landing gear, rotating wheels and propellers, crew of three and four 550lb bombs and bomb racks for the A-4 bomber version. Never started. Inventoried complete with all parts, decals and instructions present.

Includes markings from the colorful 17th Pursuit Squadron, early 1930s, Selfridge Field, Michigan. P-6 variants were in production for 10 years, a remarkable feat in a time when airframe/power plant technology was changing rapidly.

Still factory sealed an in investment-grade 'near mint' condition. Dated 1967. For some reason, the Blue Box issue is harder to find than the earlier Four Star and late White Box. From the original molds. Kit features rotating wheels and propellers, side gun packs and cannon/machine gun nose, crew members, underwing rockets and boarding ladder. It is normally molded in gloss silver and clear and has the "Sh-Boom" early issue style decals.
