Still factory sealed but the seal has split on the bottom and left, and the box has damage as shown on the left. First issue dated 1958 with brilliant Jo Kotula box artwork. This was a very nice kit for that time.

Dated 1958 with Jo Kotula box art; this issue is likely from the early to mid 1960s as there is no 'Famous Fighters' in the logo boarder. The box is in fantastic condition with like-new color and gloss, four solid corners, no fading or price tags and the only tape marks are from the factory sealing tape. Molded in silver and clear. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions.

Dated 1958 with fantastic Jo Kotula artwork; but the lack of 'Famous Fighters' in the oval boarder logo means that it is closer to the early 1960s. The box is in amazing 'near mint' investment-grade condition with factory-new color and gloss, four solid corners, no creases, price tags or fading and no tape or even tape marks. Molded in a wonderful gloss dark green and clear. The kit has never been started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions. Instructions and decals are 'excellent' and even the original factory tissue packing paper is present.

Aurora 1960 Ford Thunderbird Customized T-Bird or Stock, 1/32, 548-79

Rare kit dated 1963 that represents the 1960 final 'Square Bird' design. Can be built stock or custom. Features stock parts with standard hubcaps and full interior (all molded in ivory) and custom version with chrome wheels, chrome front end (grill, bumper and headlights) and chrome rear end (bumper and tail lights) as well as a tonneau cover and huge side fairings molded in black. Kit has clear windshield and rubber tires. The kit has never been started. NOTE: missing custom decal. Inventoried with all plastic parts parts and instructions present.

Also includes correct size Cox #245 6x4P plastic props (sealed pack of two) and Du-Bro Low Bounce Shock Absorbing Sheels 1 3/4" diamter, also sealed. The actual kit is a classic by AFI. There was a time when electric flight was pioneering and daring, and that, with it's performance, made this aircraft was the hit of the 1972 Nationals. As the box says 'The Quiet Revolution Is Here!' Features simple and sturdy balsa construction, stable aerodynamics and snappy performance. Has numerous die-cut parts, fully formed landing gear struts, some plastic parts, hinges, hardware, full size plans and easy-to-follow instructions. The kit has never been started. The parts that were factory sealed are still in the sealed bags. The parts that were not factory sealed have been inventoried complete including plans and instructions. NOTE: this kit comes in a very sturdy box. It will be shipped in this box (with no external box) unless you specify otherwise.

Very highly detailed and well molded kit from the 1970s. From original Bandai molds. Builds up a rolling chassis just like the real vehicle. Features detailed engine with ignition wiring, full engine compartment with hoses and wiring, removable hood, full suspension, driveline and exhaust detail, steerable wheels, complete interior (down to the speedometer cable and individual clutch, brake and accelerator pedals and levers, a large sheet of micro wood trim so that the wooden parts of the kit can be accurately represented with in-scale wood grain, opening rear cargo doors, full van interior, opening passenger and driver doors, flexible fuel lines, headlight wiring, choice of decals and much more. Molded in gloss black, gloss ivory, brass plate, wood tan, clear, green tinted clear (sunshade) and with real rubber tires, rubber wires and cables, small metal parts and details and a sheet of precut in-scale grain wood. The kit has never been started. The parts that were factory sealed are still in the internal factory sealed bags. Excellent builder, please read below. Hard-to-find 1970s kit, likely from original Bandai molds. Very large 1/16 scale and highly detailed. Molded in chrome, black, silver, clear and red with rubber tires and real metal hood hinges. Features detailed engine with transmission and full ignition wiring, rolling chassis build up like the actual automobile, complete suspension and exhaust, steerable front wheels, full engine compartment with opening hood, full interior with excellent dash detail, separately molded doors, brake drums, wire wheels, optional top or boot and more. NOTE: this kit has minor assembly. The windshield assembly has been built but not glued to the body. Quality of work is 'excellent' and there is no other assembly and zero painting. Most parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags; those that are not have been inventoried complete. Includes decals and instructions.

Revell 1934 Rolls-Royce Phantom II Continental with Coachwork by J. Gurney Nutting, 1/16, H1294

Very large (1/16 scale) kit. The Continental was the rare 'High Performance' version of the more common Phantom II line that was produced from 1929 to 1935. Very highly detailed kit with 165 parts. Features steerable front wheels, to position doors and boot, full interior, two position bonnet, complete RR 7.5 Liter (468 CID) overhead valve straight 6 and four speed transmission, and complete chassis and suspension. Molded in colored plastic, chrome, clear and with real rubber tires. NOTE: this kit has minor, neat assembly: four parts are assembled (block halves, valve cover and distributor). Quality of the work is professional - no gaps and no visible glue. There is no other assembly and zero painting. The chrome parts are still in the internally sealed factory bag. The parts not sealed have been inventoried 100% complete. With decals and instructions in excellent condition.

ITC Martin MB-2 Bomber, 1/78, 3725-98

From the late 1950s/very early 1960s. It is an excellent kit for that time and is still popular today. Molded in dark green and clear. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The famous first bomber to sink a battleship under any circumstances. Billy Mitchell arranged to have the ex-WWI German Battleship Ostfriesland used as target practice for for 6 MB2s, and the ship sank in 25 minutes.

UPC Curtiss P-36A - (ex-Aoshima) - US Army Air Force, 1/100, 8006-50

From Aoshima molds with box art by Scott Eidson. Nice early kit molded in dark navy blue and clear, with rotating prop, working ailerons and flaps and opening canopy. Has decals for pre-war USAAF. The kit has never been started. The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. UPC stood for Universal Powermaster Corporation which was based out of New York City, NY. UPC did not cut their own molds, but bought kits already molded from other manufactures and re-boxed the kits in the USA. Scott Eidson, the famous artist best known for his artwork with Revell, also did UPC box art in the 1960s. All UPC production ended in the 1970s.

Farpro Seiran Type 11 M6A1 Submarine Floatplane - (ex-Aoshima), 1/72, 105

The parts are still in the internal factory sealed bags and includes decals and instructions. Farpo existed for a short time in the late 1960s. All the kits were all made in Japan by Aoshima but specifically for US distribution. Some kits had provision for motorization and some did not.

Farpro Douglas SBD-6 Dauntless - Motorized, 1/72, 110

From Aoshima molds. This was designed to be motorized and contains the required hardware minus the motor, which the kit manufacture almost never furnished. The kit features nicely done raised details, crew of two, three-piece canopy, working dive flaps, retractable landing gear, centerline and wing bomb load and battery remote control for the motorized prop. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Farpo existed for a short time in the late 1960s. All the kits were all made in Japan by Aoshima but specifically for US distribution. Some kits had provision for motorization and some did not.

Revell Mitsubishi A6M5 Zero-Sen Japan Issue, 1/32, H265-500

Very hard-to-find Revell Japan first issue. Like most Japan issues, this one contains extras: a huge decal sheet to make one of more than 10 different aircraft and a large, full color painting guide/poster. Early box art is dated 1967. Large scale (1/32) kit features detailed Nakajima Sakae engine with removable cowling, opening canopy to show complete cockpit, movable wheels and propeller, optional position landing gear and pilot figure. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The box displays higher than 'very good+' but is graded such because of tape residue on the sides.
