Very rare and highly prefabricated model. Cavacraft set out to match or exceed Strombecker in quality, prefabrication hardwood models; and they did a fine job. Dates from the 1950s and measures 9" inches long when assembled. Features a completely carved hardwood hull and display base, precarved hardwood 'island' structure, die-cut hardwood details, extensive decals (including the decking), glue, sandpaper and more. With excellent plans that include full instructions. Never started and complete. The box displays better than the 'fair' rating but is graded as such because much of the left short side end flap is missing.

Very rare and especially in this condition. This original issue hardbox features parts for stock or custom versions, a highly detailed engine, single four barrel carburetor or tri-power (3 x 2 barrels), complete stock or custom interiors, detailed front suspension and steering linkage, stock wheels or Crager S/S Mags, good engine compartment detail, opening hood and more. Includes Jo-Han 'Chrome Trim' which is an early version of Bare Metal Foil. Molded in gloss white, clear, red-tinted clear and chrome plated plastic. With metal axles and rubber white wall tires. Never started and inventoried complete with all parts and includes chrome trim and instructions. Please note that Jo-Han did not put decals in this issue. Also NOTE that there is a 1/2" x 1/8" tire burn on the underside of the rear window. Sanding and polishing it out may be one solution, but it is much easier replaced with flat clear plastic since this part just has one simple curve (and no compound curves).
