Rare model of the first commercial 'Jet Prop'. Model includes boarding ramp. NOTE: The top half of the fuselage has been painted white (one thin coat only) as per the box artwork. You could use it or remove it with DOT3 brake fluid or other paint remover. NOTE: the kit has minor assembly. The wing halves and nacelles have been assembled. Quality of assembly is excellent - there are no gaps and no visible glue. There is no other assembly or paint - ideal builder. Complete with all parts, decals and instructions.

From the mid to late 1930s. New old stock from a closed down hobby shop but the kit has been opened and the glue has failed along the long box side. There is other general wear but the kit inside is like new. Features 15 inch wingspan, quality balsa printwood and wood stock, fully carved hardwood wheels and thrust button, partially carved prop blank (needs sanding), balsa blocks as required, color insignia sheet, covering tissue and detailed, full size plans that include instructions. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes instructions. NOTE: Box is only fair. Pre-carved prop has been broke in two places but is complete. Some of the wood strip stock has been broke but is all present.

Very finely molded in silver. Features separately molded ailerons, elevators and rudder. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Box art is by the famous Jo Kotula who did 1930s covers for the magazine 'Model Airplane News' and later the Aurora box art of the late 1950s. Air Lines kits are all Frog molds that the Lines Brothers imported to the USA between 1964-1966. The kits, decals and instructions were made in England, then imported to the USA where Testors created the boxes with the colorful trading cards on the back. There are one or two trading cards on each box which show the boxart but not the advertising/logo. Some kits contain a Testors color painting guide also, but it is not specific to any model.
