Rare. First issue from 1967 with Boeing prototype markings. The kit contains two large 18 inch long SSTs, one in landing and one in cruise configuration. The Boeing SST modeled here is the second (2707-200) variant which still had the swing-wing design which proved impractical in this aircraft. The damaging effects of sonic booms over population centers ultimately contributed to the cancellation of the project. Never started. Inventoried 100% complete with all parts, decals and instructions.

This model is part of a very popular and successful line of 1/48 World War II kits that Monogram issued through the 1960s. Kit features retracting landing gear, rotating wheels and prop, pilot and cockpit and optional drop tank. NOTE: has very neat assembly. The fuselage halves, instrument panel and antenna are built to 'professional' quality. There is no other assembly. The cowling is nearly painted black; there is no other painting. Inventoried with all parts, decals and instructions present. NOTE: one drop tank half is green plastic instead of the correct silver. It is from a later issue of this same kit.

High quality resin model with photoetched details. Features very nice underside and suspension, engine, excellent interior and more. The kit has never been started. The small parts are still in the factory sealed bags. The large parts were not factory sealed have been inventoried complete including decals and instructions. The Buffel was the primary mine-protected APC of the South African Army during the Angolan conflict. It was certainly not the most comfortable vehicle, but it offered the necessary protection. Buffels were also used as armoured fighting vehicles and were proven in this roll. The Buffel was introduced in 1978 after it was found that the SAA needed a basic mine protected vehicle. More than 1400 were delivered before production stopped. A few found their way to other armies as well. The Buffel weighed 6.14 tons full loaded, had 4x4 drive through a 6 cylinder water cooled diesel, could travel 96 km/h on the open road or 30 km/h off road, had a range of 1000 km and a crew of 1+10. Many were armed with 7.62 machine guns.

Large-scale, well detailed kit from about 1964. Can be flown rubber free flight, gas free flight, or converted to electric RC using modern servos and receivers. Well detailed with die cut balsa parts, rubber motor, plywood firewall, scale plastic wheels, plastic propeller, vacuform nose / machine guns / pilot busts, two big sheets of full color decals, covering tissue and excellent full size plans. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. Guillow's founder, Paul K. Guillow, was a WWI naval aviator. In 1926 he began producing wooden model airplane kits. His 'Shelf Models' were some of the earlier non-flying models in production. Guillow's grew during the model boom of the 1930s, and when the Depression hit the hardest, Guillow's responded with lower prices and became one of the low price leaders, frequently advertising in Model Airplane News and other leading publications. During the war, like most manufacturers, Guillow's was forced to alternative materials such as cardboard and pine. Guillow's survived the post WWII slump by creating many inexpensive profile flying rubber powered aircraft and gliders in the 1950s (along with North Pacific) which became famous - some are still available today. The stick and tissue lines have been updated with laser cut parts and are still in production as of 2009.

In rare, investment-grade condition inside and out, please read carefully. Beautiful, like-new condition brass narrow gauge locomotive and tender, hand-built in Japan for West Side Models by Kodama Shisakusho. The original box is in amazing 'near mint' condition and the model is still wrapped in the original plastic and all three pieces of the red factory foam are intact and in 'very good+' condition. This one-owner model has always been carefully stored in the original box. The factory paint and lettering are perfect. Under 14x magnification I cannot see but the slightest wear on the wheels, so I would grade it as 'never run' although it was probably test run at Kodama before shipping. I see no broken parts and no modifications; it looks factory-new. I have no narrow gauge track, so I am unable to test the locomotive, so it is sold "As Is." There is no paperwork present. Must be shipped insured.
