Still factory sealed. 1975 issue of this well detailed model featuring Normandy 'Cullin' hedge cutter and crew of two. Can be built with 'soft armor' as shown on the cover or as the standard welded-hull M4 without the Cullin and 'soft armor.' Modified Shermans were required to cut through the thick hedgerows of Normandy which had previously proved almost impenetrable. This modification assisted greatly with the speed of the offensive in this region.

In the 1970s, MPC released the very popular Profile Series. Inside each box was a quality Airfix kit but with MPC decals to build any of the three aircraft shown on the box top. Well detailed kit for that time features many moving parts: turrets rotate and guns elevate, landing gear retracts/extends, wheels and props turn and all control surfaces move. The kit has never been started. It has been inventoried complete with all parts and includes decals and instructions. The decals are in remarkable 'near mint' condition which is very usual for MPC kits of this era. Please NOTE that one prop blade is broken off and one machine gun barrel is also; both parts are present and can be repaired.
